ACUPRESSURE TITIK P6 (NEI GUAN) MAMPU MENURUNKAN FREKUENSI MUAL MUNTAH PADA IBU HAMIL TRIMESTER 1

Pendahuluan: Perubahan hormonal pada awal kehamilan memicu terjadinya mual bahkan muntah terutama pagi hari (emesis gravidarum). Adanya peningkatan ini mengakibatkan dehidrasi, syok hypovolemi, anemia, abortus. Upaya untuk mengurangi Emesis gravidarum melalui terapi non farmakologi seperti pemberian pemijatan (acupressure) titik P6 (Nei Guan). Tujuan: Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh acupressure Guan) terhadap frekuensi ibu hamil trimester pertama. Metode: Metode Quasi Eksperimen, One group pre-posttest design. Sampling menggunakan Purposive 24 Trimester pertama di Klinik Pratama Kusuma Husada Klaten yang mengalami muntah, tidak ada riwayat gastritis, dan mengkonsumsi obat anti (emetic). Pengukuran Indeks of Nausea, Vomiting and Retching (INVR). Pemijatan dilakukan selama 7 menit setiap pagi, 4 hari. Hasil: Analisis penelitian uji T-test Dependent, diperoleh hasil signifikansi P Value 0,000; menunjukkan bahwa nilai P<0,05. Kesimpulan: Ada Acupressure Pericardium 6 (P6) Penekakan dapat merangsang Chemoreceptor trigger zone sehingga aktivitas neurotransmitter mengeluarkan Beta endorpin hipofise. merupakan salah satu antiemetik endogen menghambat impuls pusat zone. Treatment dilaksanakan secara mandiri saat jika merasakan mual. Kata Kunci: Gravidarum, Titik
